Al About Book Awards- Mock Award Kid Committee

Calling all young book lovers! Join our mock award committee. Young committee members will listen to and discuss some of the past award winners and some 2024 picture books that are eligible for this year’s awards. We will explore the Caldecott Award, Mathical Award, State Awards, and more. Each week, Jodie will read aloud a selection of books followed by a group discussion. We will then vote on our favorites. During the session, we will learn about how the awards are chosen and which books qualify.
