In these 30 minute lessons, your child will learn the basics of piano and the skills they’ll need to progress past the introductory levels. The curriculum we use will be Bastian Piano Basics, and we’ll learn from the primer level book. This book discusses hand placement, note names, staff names, learning to read notes, and all of the very basic details. Instructor: Ben Smith.
Wednesdays for ages 8-14
Cost $40/ four lessons plus cost of book (approx $8)

Private Piano Lesson Policies
Lesson Cancellation: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the lesson if your child is not able to make it. We understand that sickness is always a possibility so if this occurs please notify us as soon as possible. Make ups will be scheduled at the earliest time convenient to both parties.
If your child misses two or more consecutive lessons without notifying the Leu (here or 618-566-2175)at their slot will be available to others interested. Additionally, there will be no refunds for no-show classes.
Late Arrivals: With each lesson only being 30 minutes long, we will not extend the lesson past its end time if your child arrives late.
Payments: We ask that lessons be paid by the 20th of every month. If you ever decide to stop attending lessons please contact us as soon as possible.
