Led by instructor Jessie Janssen, come try a yoga class Mondays at 7:00 beginning August 19th. The class will unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels. Modifications will be offered. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Bring your mat and your water! See you there!
More classes will be offered if there is enough interest.
$7 per class or 4 for $25

Location: 3rd floor auditorium
*All participants must have an active Leu membership to participate in classes. Family memberships cost $50 for the whole year! Individual memberships (age 15+) only cost $35 for the whole year!
