A Comprehensive Guide to Publishing a Children’s Book in Nine Weeks

Hello,
My name is RJ Corey, and I am a self-published author and illustrator. I published my first book in 2019. My journey began many years ago with my passion for art. I did not identify as a writer but rather as an artist and illustrator.

In 2011, my daughter and I began drawing together. These stories eventually became the foundation of my current series of ten books. I am currently in the process of publishing my fourth book.

In this class, I will guide you through the publishing process. By the end of the program, you will hold your own published book, complete with an ISBN (barcode) that enables it to be placed on store shelves worldwide and sold. The only supplies you will require are a willingness to commit to the program and maintain an open mind. A notebook and pen would be beneficial.

The class will meet every Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, commencing on May 8th and concluding on July 10th. (The Thursday preceding July 3rd will be omitted due to a holiday.)
