Please select the appropriate options. If you are participating in multiple time slots, each slot is $20/month. Please add one monthly payment for each slot you chose. Payment will be charged on the 1st of each month.

If you are starting part of the way through a month, you must also choose the one time weekly option. The quantity should match the number of weeks in your partial month. For example, if you sign up May 19th, select the monthly payment along with 2 weeks ($10) to cover May. Your monthly payment will begin on June 1 for the month of June.
